West Michigan Home Watch of Holland, MI, earns Accredited Member status from the NHWA!
Owner Andrea Stam has been a lifelong resident of Holland. She started West Michigan Home Watch after she became aware of the industry by speaking to family and friends who own second homes, where Home Watch services are common. Many West Michigan families leave the Mitten State during their long winters and travel to warmer climates down South. The community has a shortage of businesses that are bonded and insured to care for their investment while they are away. West Michigan Home Watch wants to help their “snowbird” neighbors by offering them an NHWA-accredited, professional company that is not only bonded and insured, but also a member of the West Coast Chamber of Commerce, its only Home Watch member. Andrea is excited to be a part of the NHWA community.
Andrea has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional by the NHWA and a graduate of Home Watch Boot Camp. Her CHWP designation and Home Watch Boot Camp training show Andrea’s commitment to providing excellent service to her clients.
Over the last 18 years, Andrea has spent the majority of her time running a household and raising her three children. In her spare time, she enjoys working in her gardens and water activities on Lake Michigan, such as boating, fishing, and paddle boarding. During the winter months, Andrea likes to take snowboarding trips with her family and friends or work on remodeling her home. She loves her hometown and the four different seasons it provides.
A little about the National Home Watch Association: The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada (www.nationalhomewatchassociation.org).
