Suncoast Home Concierge Services of Sarasota, Florida, has earned accreditation from the NHWA for the fifth year.
Owner Joel Pye takes a personal interest in everything that he does, and serving the clients of Suncoast Home Concierge Services is a perfect example of this.
Joel served as senior vice-president and head of logistics for a very large multi-national company. And because of his work with all types of people—from the heads of industry to the employees that handled the day-to-day operations—Joel learned how to work with everyone and how to keep them happy.
In 2011, Joel relocated from Toronto, Canada, to Sarasota. He had visited Sarasota every year for 25 years, and he always felt it was his home away from home; he knew that eventually he would live there. Joel formed Suncoast Home Concierge Services in 2012, with the intention of assisting seasonal residents with their Sarasota area second homes. Having previously owned a second home in Sarasota, he was familiar with the challenges that long-distance home ownership presented. Many permanent residents also call on Joel to assist with projects around their homes.
One of Joel’s many hobbies is gardening; since 2012, he has volunteered in the horticulture department at the prestigious Marie Selby Botanical Gardens in Sarasota. He has learned a great deal through his experiences there and loves passing that information on to his clients.
Joel joined us at our 2019 North American Conference in Fort Myers earlier this month. It was great to see him again.
Suncoast Home Concierge Services serves Sarasota, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Bird Key, and Casey Key. You can reach Joel at (941) 961-4309 or at SuncoastHomeConcierge@gmail.com. Learn more at www.SuncoastHomeConcierge.com.
