Rim Lakes Vacation Rentals of Forest Lakes, AZ, earns accreditation from the NHWA!

Jack Luber
Executive Director

Rim Lakes Vacation Rentals of Forest Lakes, Arizona, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.

Jim and Stephanie Weigold are fortunate enough to live full-time in the mountain community of Forest Lakes. They recognized a growing need for professional Home Watch services for their neighbors in the surrounding—and popular—vacation home communities of the Mogollon Rim. Encouraged by family and friends, Jim and Stephanie decided to pursue the opportunity to become an accredited Home Watch service provider. As a first responder for the local fire department, Jim truly understands the importance of protecting life and property on the mountain.

Having moved up from the desert floor in 2015, Jim and Stephanie are truly living the dream and bring more than 50 years of experience between them. Stephanie has been involved in the real estate industry as a project manager with a focus on contractor management, commercial development, and software support. Jim is known for his high-quality craftsmanship, mechanical aptitude, and natural problem-solving skills.

Jim has earned the designation of Certified Home Watch Professional from the NHWA, making him one of the elite Home Watch providers in the industry. The CHWP designation shows Jim’s commitment to providing excellent service to his clients.

Jim is an Arizona native, and Stephanie considers herself the same, having lived in Arizona since the mid-1970s. With family throughout the state, Jim and Stephanie enjoy bringing their adult children and young grandchildren together, especially at their cabin. As outdoor enthusiasts, they can often be found fishing, kayaking, or simply out exploring for wildlife in the surrounding forest.
