Owl Home Watch of Cape Coral, FL, earns accreditation from the NHWA!
Husband-and-wife team Stephen Kaminsky and Zoraida Aranda have owned rental properties, and that has sharpened their knowledge of how to care for homes. They moved to their home in Cape Coral from Fort Lauderdale in 2016.
Stephen retired from a 34-year career as an account executive for Sony Music Entertainment in 2012 to help in his father’s general contracting business. He currently holds a real estate sales associate license. Stephen saw the need for Home Watch services due to the transient nature of the local demographics. His knowledge of business management, real estate, and general contracting are perfect qualifications for doing Home Watch.
Zoraida currently works as a medical technologist. She’s been active in this career for over 30 years in Colombia, South America, Miami, Hollywood, and now Cape Coral. Zoraida does this on a part-time basis, which allows her to work with Stephen in their new business. Her attention to detail and cleanliness suits her well for caring for properties.
Stephen and Zoraida have been married for five years and are well adapted to life in the Cape. They enjoy music, boating, sports, and animals, and they are active members of their church.
I met Stephen during my Florida tour in January, when he was a brand-new member.
