Our Home Watcher of Hart, MI, earns accreditation from the NHWA!

Jack Luber
Executive Director

Our Home Watcher of Hart, Michigan, has earned Accredited Member status from the NHWA.

Born and raised in Hart, owner Bill Kelley has seen the problems that can arise when a vacation or second home is left unattended. Over the years, he has learned from helping out friends by tending to their vacant homes. When he did research, he found that there is no available accredited Home Watch service in his immediate area.

Since the lakeshore of Lake Michigan is well known for people coming to spend the summer months and going someplace warm for the winter, Bill decided to start Our Home Watcher.

Bill has experience in many different fields that make him qualified for spotting issues in homes and on properties. In the past, he has been responsible for maintenance, managing maintenance teams, and training engineers and designers of recreational products. Bill’s ability to spot potential problems before they happen has been the forefront of his professional career. While you can’t always prevent problems in a home, Bill will be able to recognize a small problem and stop it from becoming a bigger one.
