North Country Home Watch of Lyman, NH, earns second-year accreditation from the NHWA!
Owner Todd Landry founded North Country Home Watch to provide homeowners the peace of mind of having someone who knows the importance of keeping his clients’ homes safe while they are away. He has been a native North Country resident and home owner since 1991.
With 30 years of law enforcement experience, Todd has witnessed first-hand the problems and concerns shared by others in leaving a home unoccupied. Many times these problems could have been avoided by merely having someone go into a home periodically and checking. Now that he is in a position to take on such a service, and with the rising number of seasonal and vacation homes in the area, Todd decided to take the leap and start his own business.
In his years of experience as a home owner and retired State Police Lieutenant, Todd has learned that even an empty home needs to be properly maintained and monitored. He takes care of the smaller issues before they can become larger problems. By monitoring his clients’ homes, Todd will keep them in good condition so that when they return, they don’t spend time making repairs or waiting on estimates. Todd’s goal is to have his clients spend more time living the dream they have worked so hard to achieve. North Country Home Watch helps his clients feel better by not having to think about the “what ifs” while they are away.
A little about the National Home Watch Association: The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada (www.nationalhomewatchassociation.org).
