Island Estates Home Watch of Clearwater, FL, earns second-year accreditation from the NHWA!
Father-and-son team Timothy and Adam Minneci have a significant history in the fire, safety and security industries. They established Island Estates Home Watch knowing they could transition their knowledge into a Home Watch service.
Previously, Tim was an owner/operator of multiple companies for 32 years, including as a regional provider of fire and security products to commercial and residential customers through the Northeastern U.S. His company was acquired by Kidde PLC. Most recently, Tim was a managing partner in a firm focused on advising business owners about buying and/or selling their businesses. Tim is a licensed Financial Industry Regulatory Agency registered representative, holding various certifications. He has a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Engineering.
Adam has worked in various positions in his family’s businesses, written copy for advertising firms, and owned a freelance script-editing business, supporting a number of studios and writing companies in Los Angeles and throughout the U.S. He is a graduate of Hofstra University and attended a Jesuit prep school in New York.
Adam has earned the NHWA’s Certified Home Watch Professional designation. The CHWP designation shows his commitment to providing excellent service to his clients.
