House TRAC* of Yuma, Arizona, has earned Accredited Member status from the National Home Watch Association for the sixth straight year.
If you have a seasonal home or vacation spot in Yuma, AZ, you need to hire House TRAC*. I state this with no reservations. Founder Fred Ennenga is a man of many talents. He was born in a naval hospital in Queens, New York, and raised in California’s San Joaquin Valley. Fred spent 30 years in agriculture, managing a family almond farm. He also served as a chaplain for the Modesto, Sacramento and Stanislaus County law enforcement communities, as well as being a Gospel mission chaplain. So, when Fred and his wife Jan moved to Yuma to be near family, Fred became a certified master gardener, studying at the Yuma County Cooperative Extension of the University of Arizona. He also became a certified NRA instructor, got active in the local TWAW organization and holds certifications as an ASP defensive tactics instructor, along with several OSHA and FEMA certifications.
Fred’s broad background and his discovery of a need for Home Watch in Yuma was the impetus to form House TRAC*. Fred provides Home Watch and property monitoring services and is proud to be an NHWA Certified Home Watch Professional, the top designation in the Home Watch industry, and an affiliate member of the Yuma Association of REALTORS®.
As always, I wish you
