Homelife Peninsula Property Management has been offering professional property management services to single-family residential clients in the Fraser Valley since 1987. In 2017, they expanded their services to include vacant Home Watch. This service provides homeowners peace of mind during extended stays away from their home. HPPM also offers Home Watch services to banks, mortgage lenders, and vacant real estate transactions in order to provide peace of mind knowing the property is safe and secure.
HPPM provides regular inspections inside and outside the property to ensure quality control and within the requirements of their clients’ insurance policies.
Tammy Vader is the Managing Broker with HPPM. She oversees the company’s operations and ensures policies and procedures are put in place. Tammy is an active member on the Professional Association of Managing Agents committee and represents HPPM at the South Surrey/White Rock Chamber of Commerce. When not working, Tammy enjoys camping, boating and spending time with family and friends.
