Home Concierge of Steamboat Springs, CO, earns Accredited Member status from the NHWA!
Proprietors Mark and Kay Eaton are a married team. Mark was a successful financial services professional for 32 years in London and Chicago, before giving up his investment banking management position to build a custom ranch home in a local 2400-acre, shared community. He says, “It doesn’t take long to understand that living in the mountains creates unique challenges, from volatile weather to unreliable and expensive services due to higher costs of living and our remote location. When building a $1m+ mountain home, one’s ability to adapt and evolve is an essential skill required to embrace the mountain lifestyle.”
Kay is a hospitality industry professional with extensive knowledge in creating the very best guest experience for the discerning traveler and homeowner. Kay is a true “people person” who takes great pride in her ability to meet the challenges of the hospitality and home management industry by relying on her British training and adept communication skills.
Mark’s love for his family, friends, and the mountains is only equaled by his tireless work ethic, pride in customer service, and faultless integrity. In creating Home Concierge, Mark is honored to share his experience and skills with his customers and friends living in the Yampa Valley.
Kay is a passionate equestrian, caring for three horses, two dogs, and barn cats on her locally owned 14-acre ranch, only minutes from the Steamboat Mountain Resort, Routt National Forest, and the town of Steamboat Springs.
