B&L HOMEWATCH of Naples, FL, earns third-year accreditation from the NHWA!
Owners Larry and Bonnie Wilson have been Florida residents since 1992. Being year-round residents, they have checked a few of their neighbors’ places for years.
After Hurricane Irma, Larry and Bonnie were deluged with calls from other homeowners in their community, asking if they could check their properties because they were unable to get in touch with their own Home Watch companies. Larry and Bonnie had been planning to launch B&L HOMEWATCH during the season; however, because of all the requests, they had to expedite the launch of their business.
Both Larry and Bonnie have years of customer service experience, having owned and operated several successful retail businesses. Bonnie has sales experience in advertising and management experience in retail. Larry has management experience in industrial management and retail management. Because they are long-time Florida homeowners, they are very aware of what can happen to an unoccupied home if anything goes wrong or malfunctions. Larry and Bonnie are committed to being the professional, reliable Home Watch service that always keeps in touch with their clients for their peace of mind.
Larry and Bonnie are very active in their community, with Larry currently serving as President of their COA and President of the Recreation Association. He previously served on the Committee for Security, Long Range Planning, and the House Committee for the Master Board. Larry also ran the Saturday Men’s Golf Group.
